Sharna Goldseker is today’s leading expert on next generation and multigenerational family philanthropy and—as a next gen donor herself—offers a trusted insider’s perspective. As founder of 21/64, a nonprofit practice serving ultra and high net worth individuals and families and the advisors who support them, Sharna has mastered and developed the industry’s gold-standard tools for transforming how families who give will define their values, collaborate, and govern in the decades ahead.
She has been a leading and consistent presence in the philanthropic field for over two decades and is known for her quiet gravitas and insight. Today, prominent nonprofits, philanthropic networks, and foundations look to Sharna for her expertise in training, facilitation, and as a keynote speaker, regarding next generation engagement and multigenerational advising.
Sharna is the co-author of the award-winning, best seller, Generation Impact: How Next Gen Donors Are Revolutionizing Giving published by Wiley. She chairs the Goldseker Foundation, founded by her great-uncle, and serves as non-family trustee on the Felicity House board and Leonard & Helen R. Stulman Charitable Foundation. She is married, with two children and lives in Baltimore.

- In 2022, co-authored the chapter “Values That Matter” in Tom McCullough and Keith Whitaker’s book Wealth of Wisdom: Top Practices for Wealth Families and their Advisors, published by Wiley.
- In 2021, co-author with Michael Moody, PhD. The second edition of Generation Impact: How Next Gen Donors Are Revolutionizing Giving published by Wiley.
