This training and ongoing peer network helps you acquire the personal skills, generational awareness, and technical tools to work more effectively with next gen donors and multigenerational family enterprise clients, both online and off. In our core training, delivered to you via live video facilitated sessions and small group breakouts, you will learn 21/64’s proven methodology for engaging individuals, families, and institutions at the intersection of values and governance. Our core training curriculum delivered virtually and designed specifically for Community Foundation professionals, including place-based and faith-based Community Foundations and Federations. March 10, 2021 | Join Community Foundation peers in the 21/64 Trainer Network to engage in conversation and peer learning. In this 90-minute session, certified advisors will have the opportunity to welcome a new cohort of Community Foundation trainers, learn from colleagues about how they are implementing 21/64's approach in their work particularly in these virtual settings, and share their own learnings as well. 21/64 has designed this learning opportunity both for those Community Foundation trainers who are new to 21/64 and those that have been trainers for years. At our core, humans are social beings. Research shows that our connections with others are as important to keeping us healthy as good nutrition and exercise. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our ability to convene at a time when we need connection more than ever. While technology offers a cost-effective way to gather, meeting virtually is not the same. The rules are different because people interact differently in a virtual setting. Success requires a new approach. The Gathering Wisely Workshop prepares participants to lead gatherings that reflect purposeful intention, create robust participation and hone virtual facilitation skills.
