About 21/64
“21” symbolizes the time when young people come of age, and “64” is an age typically associated with people thinking about their legacies. The numbers represent our multigenerational scope and are inclusive of the five generations above age 21 in American society today.

Facilitating
- Engage and onboard the next generation in a family foundation or enterprise
- Craft mission and vision statements for a philanthropic fund
- Create values-oriented action plans to execute a mission
- Develop board leadership capabilities for new board members
- Raise moral and financially responsible children
- Learn about and incorporate 21/64’s methodology into work with next gen and multi-gen donors and clients
Our facilitations are not your standard “talking-head” presentation style or based on a standard report that sits on a shelf. Through a fusion of experiential learning, purposeful skill building and unique insight about the next generation, we are able to create customized facilitations in partnership with our clients.
We partner with clients to actively define challenges and plan solutions relative to the change the client is working to put in place. When it comes to our work, we are very intentional about which team member will best fit your unique set of goals. After an entry call with us, we decide which 21/64 facilitator will best fit your situation.
Our process for facilitation is based on the Action Research method developed by Kurt Lewin. Before we lead a meeting, we will learn more about the people and the topic, which allows us to better prepared. Typically, we work in phases with clients, and engagements can last from a month to a year, depending on the topic.

In partnership with The Philanthropy Workshop (TPW), the Gen Impact Accelerator donor education convening experience. This is geared towards donors of all ages and stages and has been generously funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

TOOLS
Yes, of course; our In Hand, Online and Facilitator Tools are for everyone. Each comes with suggestions on how to use it, but we designed these tools to be versatile. We encourage users to be creative and make these tools their own.
If you are interested in having a facilitated conversation led by a 21/64 Certified Advisor, please be in touch with them.

All of our tools include a description and ideas on how you can use them. However, you can also contact us to discuss further.
Each of the In Hand and Online tools is designed for one person to use at a time. As such, we recommend each participant receives their own copy of the In Hand tool and has their own electronic device to view the Online tool to get the full experience of the exercise.
Our Facilitator tools are designed to be facilitated by a family or organizational leader (for example a 21/64 Certified Advisor), and can be used for group facilitations. Each person should still have their own electronic device to view the tool.
