21/64 is an independent nonprofit practice providing multigenerational advising, facilitation and training for next generation engagement.

Erin Trottier

Director of Finance and Administration

Erin Trottier is the Director of Finance and Administration at 21/64. She is highly organized, bringing her type A sensibilities to the fluid and flexible nature of work with families, adding rigor and process with care and attention. Erin makes the day-by-day, client-by-client work of 21/64 smooth and efficient while the maintaining the bespoke and high touch quality connection that 21/64 is known for. She is a strategic thought-partner who wears multiple hats responsible for a variety of areas far removed from the finance and administrative functions including human resources, information technology, legal and facilities and building relationships with program recipients.

Prior to joining the 21/64 Team, Erin began her career working at Loomis, Sayles, and Company, L.P., and MFS Investment Management Co. as a Compliance Specialist and Fund Treasury Analyst, respectively. After having two children and 15 years in financial services, she decided to strike a balance between family life and professional life.  Her focus on personal growth and compassion values motivates her to pursue both. She is married with two children and lives on the south shore of Boston.
