Jason has three decades of experience as a professional executive leader for a variety of family organizations, both nonprofit and for-profit. Before joining the Hephzibah Children’s Association he served as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Schuler Education Foundation. He has also worked as COO for Reading in Motion, COO of Cricket Media, and President of the Carus Publishing Company.
