Hilda Vega
Hilda Vega is the Director of Philanthropic Practice with Hispanics in Philanthropy. In this role, Hilda drives the development, implementation, and refinement of programs that amplify Latinx leadership, equity and voice through responsive grantmaking, donor advisory, research and knowledge management, and strategies that redefine philanthropy. Working for over a decade as an advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families, major national and international foundations, and other donors and investors, Hilda advanced field-driven and equity practices with clients in the areas of early childhood education and equitable access to quality education broadly, climate justice, women’s rights, economic security, and social finance. Her previous work includes positions with PFC Social Impact Advisors, Strategic Philanthropy, Ltd. and The Libra Foundation, the CLIMA Fund, Fundación Avina, UnidosUS, and Cavanaugh, Hagan, Pierson & Mintz.
