Fiesha Lynn Bell
Fiesha Lynn Bell is the Director of Development and Major Gifts at the Greater Milwaukee Foundation. A newly created role for the Development and Philanthropic Services team. Fiesha Lynn is responsible for managing strategic initiatives within the GMF’s comprehensive campaign and managing a portfolio of existing donors and prospective donors, with the primary goal of growing assets. Fiesha Lynn’s background and expertise allow GMF to grow through deepening relationships with current donors and developing relationships with prospective donors.
Fiesha Lynn is an Indianapolis native, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business and Cross Linguistics from Indiana University. She began her career in the retail fashion industry in human resources, focusing on talent development and business management. Fiesha Lynn is skilled in building strategic relationships, creating loyalty, and development.
Since moving to Milwaukee, Fiesha Lynn has been a passionate supporter of the community and its leadership. She is proud to stand alongside young community leaders as an Executive Leadership Team member of the Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals. She is enthusiastic about continuing her passion for learning and development as she also serves as the Personal and Professional Development Chair for the organization. Fiesha Lynn received her Certification for Leadership Training from the African American Leadership Program (AALP) hosted by Cardinals Stritch University, a premier leadership program for Milwaukee African American professionals.
Fiesha Lynn is also an alumnus of the inaugural civic leadership program Forward48, which develops the next generation leaders across southeastern Wisconsin. She was also nominated into the Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Class of 2021 for her personal and professional accomplishments in the greater Milwaukee region.
Fiesha Lynn is committed to developing and sustaining progress within her community through civic engagement and impact-driven philanthropy. She is passionate about the development and success of future leaders within her community. Fiesha Lynn believes that everyone can advance with access to quality tools and resources.
