The Peer Networking Program is an opportunity for belonging and connection, exclusively for Learning Community members of the 21/64 Certified Advisors Network.

Each one-hour convening creates space for Learning Community members to explore components of self, identity, and professional role alongside others navigating similar territory. Following a brief opening led by 21/64 Community Engagement Director Stefanie Borsari, participants self-select a breakout room representing the part of their identity they want to consider that day. Each breakout room is facilitated by a volunteer peer member of the Learning Community.

At this time, the identity-based breakout rooms being offered are:

1.  Community Foundation & Faith-Based Federation Professionals — Skill-Building: managing day-to-day donor and fund-holder relationships
2.  Community Foundation & Faith-Based Federation Professionals — Strategy & Leadership: setting direction, leading and mentoring staff
3. Family Office Professionals: supporting one or several families across the full range of their concerns
4. General Networking: meet new people across sectors
5. Philanthropic Advisors: guiding individuals, families, and boards through philanthropic decision-making and legacy planning
6. Professionals of Color: a space for BIPOC-identifying professionals to connect
7. Solopreneurs: independent practitioners and business owners
8. Wealth Managers: advising clients on investing, growing, and deploying their assets
9. What’s Tough Today: whatever you’re grappling with, want to vent about, or want peer input on

You’re welcome to choose a different room at each Peer Networking session based on what feels most relevant that day.
