Pre-requisite: The 21/64 Approach
This training will be hosted at the headquarters of the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta.
We know that facilitating meaningful and effective group meetings, in real time, requires presence, practice, and adaptability. So how do we:
The Art of Facilitation training is an advanced, immersive master class for professionals who strive to be more effective at leading in-person and virtual group gatherings.
During this highly immersive two-day experience, participants step directly into live facilitation scenarios. Through roleplay, observation, and structured peer feedback, you’ll notice behaviors as they unfold, practice real-time decision-making, and deepen both your technical skills and personal facilitation style.
At the heart of this training is the chance to look inward—to explore your own innate strengths and vulnerabilities and understand how they influence your facilitation practice.
This advanced offering builds on the methodology introduced in the 21/64 Approach training and is designed to help you show up with greater awareness, authority, and ease when leading groups.
21/64 offers Continuing Education (CE) credit for this training.
If you plan to request CE credit, you must select a credential during registration. CE selections cannot be added or changed after your register.
Final credit eligibility is subject to credentialing body requirements and full participation. More information is available here.
Participants should plan for a combination of live learning in person, small group participant discussion, and independent work before and between sessions.
