Frequently Asked Questions
How many credits will I earn?
Approved credits/hours vary by program and credential. The exact number of credits for each credential will be listed on the event registration page.
Is full attendance required?
Yes. Participants must attend the full session(s) as required by the credentialing body to earn CE credit.
How is attendance tracked?
Attendance is tracked by the 21/64 team through in-person attendance verification and participation records for virtual programs.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. A Certificate of Completion will be emailed after the program, once attendance is verified.
Is there an additional fee for CE credits?
In most cases, CE credits are included in the registration fee. Any exceptions (e.g., CFP reporting fees) will be clearly noted during registration.
When will certificates be sent?
Certificates are typically issued within one week following the program.
Can I obtain retroactive credits for 21/64 trainings and workshops that I’ve already taken?
No. Unfortunately, we are not able to award CE credits for prior programming. To receive credits, you must let us know in advanced of programming as part of the registration process.
What to Do After the Program
1. Confirm your attendance was recorded correctly
2. Watch for your Certificate of Completion via email
3. Self-report credits where required (CAP, CFRE)
4. Retain documentation for your records
