Our Story
Founded in 2002, 21/64 has evolved from a program with the Andrea & Charles Bronfman Philanthropies into an independent 501c3 nonprofit practice providing multigenerational consulting, facilitation, training, tools and thought leadership for next generation engagement, especially within family philanthropy and enterprises.
Over two decades, 21/64 has guided individuals and families, trained professionals, and cultivated a global community of change agents so that multiple generations can work, give and serve together more effectively.
Today, our clients include a wide range of leaders – from multigenerational families to corporate boards to foundation leaders – who turn to us for help navigating complexity and building alignment around a shared vision for the future.

What We Do
21/64 was born out of the recognition that multigenerational family philanthropies and enterprises, along with the professionals with whom they work, needed innovative ways to engage the next generation and navigate the complexities of identity, wealth, and governance in a rapidly changing world. We pioneered approaches that help multiple generations have meaningful conversations about values, vision, and legacy.
