At 21/64, we have seen the power of peer-based learning through our dedicated Approach Trainings for Community Foundation, Family Philanthropy, and Family Enterprise professionals, where shared professional contexts enhance the learning experience.
Building on our success and in response to the growing demand for the 21/64 Certified Advisors of Color Program, we are thrilled to offer a tailored 21/64 Approach Training for professionals of color focused on multigenerational family engagement around wealth, legacy, family and succession.
Over two days, participants will learn 21/64’s proven methodology to facilitate important and often complex conversations at the intersection of wealth, values and governance. Participants will deepen leadership skills, generational awareness, and technical tools to work more effectively with next gen donors, and multigenerational philanthropic and enterprising families.
This training will be facilitated by 21/64 Senior Directors Jumi Falusi Samen and Andine Sutarjadi, with the core 21/64 Approach curriculum intentionally tailored for and led by professionals of color. Participants are encouraged to draw courageously upon their identities, cultural heritage, and belief systems—whether spiritual, religious, ancestral, or otherwise—to inform their professional practice. This approach fosters relational and transformational interactions with donors, clients, and colleagues, deepening trust and creating pathways for lasting impact and systemic change.
Once participants completed the 21/64 Approach Training, you will become a 21/64 Certified Advisor, joining a global network of accredited professionals. Participants will also have the option of joining the 21/64 Learning Community with free access to continued skill building, next level trainings, the latest resources and tools, and more.
