Diane Higginbotham
Senior Consultant
Diane Higginbotham excels at relationship building and philanthropic advising. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years using her skills to guide individuals and families on their philanthropic journey. As a Senior Consultant at 21/64, Diane will serve as a trusted advisor to help clients reach their philanthropic goals using 21/64 tools and her years of experience.
Diane has worked for two community foundations, most recently with Greater Houston Community Foundation as a Senior Philanthropic Advisor. Her work there also included leading their Giving Guide of Houston’s Black-led Organizations. Diane has participated on the 21/64 Advisors of Color Advisory Committee since its inception and has been a Certified Advisor since 2019. Her experience also includes assisting clients who have a desire to fund education, specifically scholarships, which are near and dear to her.
Diane’s educational background is in counseling, career and mental health. She’s a transplant to Houston from Columbus, Ohio where she was born and lived most of her life. She lives in Houston with her husband.
