Trina Middleton is National Philanthropic Trust’s Director of Premier Donor Services. She works with high-net-worth donors and their advisors to help them reach their charitable goals. From ensuring that their intent is honored through grant agreements to exploring the possibilities of international grantmaking, Trina ensures that all Premier Donors have access to strategic and highly customized support.
Prior to joining NPT, Trina held numerous roles in the Development and Alumni Relations group at the University of Pennsylvania. As Associate Director for Wharton External Affairs, she supported Regional Alumni Programs and created new opportunities for engagement. With the Wharton Alumni Executive Board, she crafted programs to serve the Wharton MBA alumni base. Finally, as Director of Penn Alumni Board Services, Trina collaborated with the Penn Alumni Board of Directors to create programming to enhance the alumni experience.
Active in her community, Trina served on the board of Bread & Roses Community Fund, whose mission is to organize donors in support of community-based groups that are building movements for racial, social and economic justice.
Trina completed a dual-degree engineering program with Spelman College and the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. She completed her Masters of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania.
