Shawna Rodgers has spent her career at the meeting point
of generosity and impact, connecting causes in need of support with people ready and willing to give it. With nearly 20 years in nonprofit fundraising, Shawna has led and advised on fundraising strategy and development operations for universities, healthcare
institutions, and nonprofit organizations of varying sizes, often navigating limited capacity and ambitious goals.
She is Principal & Lead Consultant of Silverstreet Fundraising, helping growing nonprofits and generous individuals change the world through fundraising consultation and philanthropic advising. Shawna
also serves as a Senior Advisor with Capital Campaign Pro which provides expert consulting, practical tools, and hands-on guidance for every stage of a capital campaign. She is also
a Faculty Trainer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of
Maryland. Based in New Jersey by way of Baltimore, Maryland,
supporting clients nationwide.
