I am the Director of Family Office Services at Bartlett Wealth Management, where I partner with multigenerational families to strengthen governance, foster meaningful engagement, and navigate the opportunities and complexities that accompany wealth.
As a 21/64 Certified Advisor, I bring a unique blend of legal, fiduciary, governance, and family office experience. Before joining Bartlett, I spent a decade practicing law and more than eight years in a single-family office serving a multigenerational family, where I led initiatives spanning family governance, trust administration, family education, philanthropy, strategic communications, and legacy planning. My work centered on helping family members build stronger relationships, make thoughtful decisions together, and create meaningful experiences that reinforced family values across generations.
I believe that successful family enterprises are built on more than sound financial planning – they require intentional communication, shared purpose, and the ability to engage every generation. My facilitation style is collaborative, practical, and relationship-focused, helping families have productive conversations around values, legacy, governance, philanthropy, and the responsible stewardship of wealth. I enjoy working with families who want to strengthen both their financial capital and their human capital, ensuring that wealth becomes a catalyst for connection, purpose, and long-term flourishing.
