Helen Gemmill is a 21/64 certified advisor helping individuals, families, and organizations align resources with their values, purpose, and truest expression. She works with people navigating transitions, exploring deeper connection to their mission, or preparing to step into leadership roles—supporting them in uncovering possibility, gaining clarity, and taking intentional action.
With 25 years of experience across social change, leadership, and philanthropy—including environmental justice, women’s leadership, international work, and fundraising for organizations like The White House Project, Global Greengrants Fund, and the Community Foundation Serving Boulder County (where she also served as Board Chair)—Helen brings a relational, collaborative, and adaptable approach to every engagement. She also advises nonprofits in various ways, helping people and organizations connect strategy with meaningful impact.
Based on her ranch in Boulder County, Helen draws inspiration from her herd of horses, her study of herbalism, and the rhythms of life on the land. These experiences inform her grounded, intuitive, and human-centered approach, helping her build bridges, foster collaboration, and guide people and organizations to step fully into alignment with their truest expression.
Helen has served as Chair of the Women Donors Network and Conservation Colorado, holds two master’s degrees (Environmental Leadership and International Water Scarcity), and was recognized as one of Boulder County’s “Forty Under 40” for strategic vision and community impact.
