David is a Managing Director at Greycourt, a member of the advisory team and serves as a member of the management and investment committees. As a senior client advisor, David advises wealthy families and institutional clients on investment strategy and portfolio construction.
Prior to Greycourt, David was CEO and founder of Family Capital Strategy (FCS), a consulting firm to ultra-high net worth families based in Nashville. Prior to founding FCS, he was a partner at a large asset management firm after spending many years as a fundamental investor and analyst.
David has and continues to serve in a broad range of governance roles. Currently, he serves as board member for a Southeastern-based Private Trust Company.
He was recognized in 2017 as one of Nashville’s Forty under Forty and in 2019 as a recipient of a Nashville Emerging Leader Award – Financial Services Industry. In 2020, he was recognized by the Nashville Post as part of their All Star Board.
