I currently serve as Senior Consultant on Family Philanthropy at UNICEF Headquarters, where I partner with relationship managers worldwide to support philanthropic families and family business owners in creating lasting, values-driven impact for children. In this role, I continue to lead the development and implementation of UNICEF’s global family philanthropy strategy, coordinating international initiatives, strengthening engagement with philanthropic families across generations, and advancing innovative platforms for multigenerational giving and participation.
In parallel, I serve as Chief of Philanthropy and Partnerships at UNICEF Italy, where I lead engagement strategies with high-value partners, with a particular focus on family businesses, family-friendly workplace policies, family philanthropy, and next-generation engagement.
Before joining UNICEF, I helped establish and direct the TIDE Foundation, an initiative of TLcom Capital LLP supporting entrepreneurship in Sub-Saharan Africa, and served as TLcom Capital’s Director of Development Impact. Earlier in my career, I spent 15 years leading programs for an international NGO across Africa, Asia, and Central America, and worked as a development consultant for international organizations.
I hold a degree in Business Administration from LUISS University in Rome and a Master’s in Development Economics and International Cooperation from the University of Ferrara.
