Alyssa is the Director of Social Impact & Operations at Fire Capital Management, a boutique investment management
firm based in San Francisco. Fire Capital’s mission is to empower clients to reimagine what is possible to accomplish with their investments, social impact goals, and legacy. Fire Capital offers wealth management and multi-family office services to HNW individuals, families and foundations. Alyssa is committed to supporting clients with making the type of impact that is
important to them, from how they invest, to how they give.
Before FCM, Alyssa lived and worked in Beijing, China for over 7 years. She served as the Executive Director of the Golden Bridges Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization
with the mission to promote constructive U.S.-China relations through cross-cultural student exchange and leadership development. Alyssa was responsible for managing a global team, strategic planning, fundraising, and developing the organization’s next-gen leadership programs which was supported by the Ford Foundation and the US State Department. Alyssa also previously served as Business Development Manager for a Chinese travel start-up company and co-founded The Mind Body Project, an initiative focused on building mindful fitness solutions for schools,
companies and communities. She was the Chapter President for the American University Beijing Alumni Club for 6 years and was selected as a Global Shaper, an initiative of the World
Economic Forum. Alyssa is fluent in both Mandarin and Japanese.
Alyssa is a graduate of American University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and she is currently pursuing her MBA at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
