Allison Lawshe is a Vice President in the Wealth Planning Advisory Services group at Northern Trust. As Associate Director of Philanthropic Advisory Services, Allison partners in the delivery of philanthropic advisory services to Wealth Management clients.

She brings to the role expertise in philanthropic program design and management, rising gen engagement and preparation and building collaborative partnerships with nonprofits.

Allison previously served as Senior Manager of the Learning Center at Family Office Exchange (FOX), where she designed and delivered learning programs, customized consulting projects and thought leadership for families, family offices and their trusted advisors. Prior to FOX, Allison was the Chief Program Officer at the IDP Foundation, Inc. where was responsible for the international education portfolio, including strategic planning, global advocacy and scaling social impact.

Allison received a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MPP from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
Allison holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation from the American College of Financial Services. She is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and a certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator.

Allison volunteers as a high school student mentor with iMentor and is active in her local school. She also serves as an Executive Coach with the Executive Service Corps to propel the development of nonprofit leaders.
