Alison Morse is Vice President of Philanthropic Consulting at NPT. She leads multiple engagements with clients who are seeking advisory services to accelerate their giving. She oversees projects that range from coaching clients on giving strategies to conducting research on specific issues of interest.
Alison holds specific expertise in women’s philanthropy and grantmaking that advances gender equality.
Prior to joining NPT, Alison served as a Senior Director at Geneva Global, where she led the Donor Advising practice. She worked with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing strategy workshops and one-on-one advising. She also led multiple philanthropy projects for one of the leading US foundations, including work on gender equality and global health.
Alison shifted to the field of philanthropy after spending nearly a decade working with non-profits focused on the areas of human rights and women’s health. She leans on these experiences to build bridges and strong relationships between funders and grantee partners.
She holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
