Jade Sams is passionate about helping families activate and sustain their philanthropic legacies. She partners with private foundations and charitable donors to translate their values into meaningful community impact through thoughtful, strategic grantmaking. Drawing on her experience in philanthropy, estate planning, trust administration, and charitable giving, Jade serves as a trusted advisor who helps families navigate complex philanthropic decisions and maximize the effectiveness of their giving. She often describes her role as that of a matchmaker, connecting family foundations with nonprofit organizations whose missions and work align with a donor’s vision for impact. In addition to her professional work, Jade serves on the board of the Ion Center for Violence Prevention.
Jade began her career at the Cincinnati Art Museum, where she developed an appreciation for donor engagement, legacy giving, and financial stewardship. She later built extensive experience as a corporate fiduciary, specializing in trust and estate administration, stewarding both individual and business relationships. These experiences have provided her with a unique understanding of both the technical and personal aspects of philanthropic planning. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Jade brings both creativity and strategic insight to her work. Outside the office, Jade enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
