For Families and Individuals

For over 20 years, 21/64 has placed the human side of decision-making at the heart of our consulting practice.

We help families and individuals navigate some of life’s most meaningful and complex conversations around legacy, wealth, giving, and identity. With skilled facilitation, we create space for clarity, courage, and conviction in decision-making across generations.

Whether your needs are short-term or long-term, our consulting approach focuses on how families and individuals practice leadership, understand governance, and work together effectively across generations.

Our Approach

We believe success comes from helping people become more intentional with their financial, human, and philanthropic resources. Rather than using a “talking-head” presentation style or delivering a report that sits on a shelf, we partner with leaders to actively define challenges and plan solutions relative to the change that they are trying to put in place.

Three people stand talking in a modern indoor space with food and drinks behind them. A man in a light shirt gestures while speaking to two others, with digital screens and a red wall in the background.
