Erin Trottier is the Director of Finance & Operations at 21/64, a nonprofit consultancy focused on multigenerational philanthropy, next-generation engagement, and strengthening family and organizational conversations about values, wealth, and purpose. In her role, Erin leads the organization’s financial management, operational infrastructure, governance coordination, and enterprise systems that support consulting, training, and tools programs. She oversees finance and audit processes, revenue operations, human resources, contracts and vendor management, technology and data systems, and cross-program operational planning—ensuring that day-to-day execution remains aligned with long-term strategic priorities.

Known for combining rigor with flexibility, Erin brings structure, process design, and operational clarity to the bespoke, relationship-centered work that defines 21/64. She serves as a strategic operational partner to leadership, helping translate organizational goals into scalable systems, workflows, and decision-support reporting that enable teams to deliver high-touch experiences for clients and partners. Prior to joining 21/64, Erin worked in financial services at Loomis, Sayles & Company, L.P., and MFS Investment Management as a Compliance Specialist and Fund Treasury Analyst. She lives on Boston’s South Shore with her family.
