I am passionate about supporting social change actors to expand the way they think, feel, and act and to communicate and collaborate more effectively: all in service of deep challenges being explored and collectively transformed and ultimately a more just, peaceful, and prosperous world for all humanity.
Currently I am Forward Global’s Program Manager. Since joining Forward Global (formerly known as The Philanthropy Workshop) in 2022, I have focused on managing Forward Global’s core program design, logistics, and delivery, working with a community of 300+ values-driven philanthropic funders. Prior to Forward Global, I worked at the Morton Deutsch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University, where I focused on conflict resolution education, practice, & research as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion organizational change. There I built experience in program development, coaching, and facilitation. I received a Master’s Degree in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University. I spend my free time supporting arts and youth empowerment initiatives and currently call Pittsburgh, PA home.
