Values Based Decision Making
Rarely do the decisions we make have the power to change our lives the way they do at this unique point in history. But with opportunity comes uncertainty. As we each juggle an array of unknowns ranging from health to wealth, it is more important than ever to make the right choices. How can you navigate the decisions that lie ahead, for yourself and for those you work with?
Roy E. Disney, of Walt Disney Co, said “It’s not hard to make decisions once you know what your values are”. Values drive what we stand for – the way we behave, our actions and how we make decisions. With nearly 20 years of field experience at 21/64 we’ve seen time and time again that the more your decisions align with your values, the more fulfilling and strategic they can be.
This workshop will explore the importance of values, how they inform our lives and work, and how you can use values to anchor decision making to what really matters.
