Pre-requisite: The 21/64 Approach
This training will be hosted at the headquarters of Arizona Community Foundation.
The Art of Facilitation is a master class for individuals who strive to be more effective at leading in-person and virtual group gatherings. During this two-day immersive program, participants are asked to look inward to see how innate strengths and vulnerabilities impact one’s own facilitation practice. Through live-action roleplay, attendees identify behaviors as they occur, practicing facilitation skills, receiving feedback from peers, and honing skills for use in the field. This advanced course builds on the tools and methodologies learned in the Approach training.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Professionals who have completed the 21/64 Approach Training.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
21/64 is fully committed to meeting in the safest way possible. This is an in-person training; therefore COVID-19 protocols will be followed based on individual venues as well as local health department guidance at the time of the training. People may choose to mask at any time. We encourage participants to test, at home, prior to traveling to the training location.
Live Learning (In-Person in Phoenix, AZ)
Tuesday, October 28, 2025, 8:30am/9:00am - 4:30pm MT
Wednesday, October 29, 2025, 8:00am/8:30am - 3:30pm MT
The training will be held at the Arizona Community Foundation, located at 2201 E Camelback Rd #405b, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
Materials
You will receive a pre-training email with a detailed agenda, short pre-reading, and additional logistics approximately two weeks prior to the training. Materials for the training will also be available on 21/64 Connect. In addition, hard copy materials and tools will be provided to you at the training.
This training will take place in person in Phoenix, AZ. The training will not be available virtually or as recorded sessions for make-ups. Please plan on attending both days for the full duration. If you miss a session, we’ll do our best to share what was covered but cannot guarantee completion of the course.
Payment and Fees
Fees: Tuition includes the training, hard copy tools, electronic resources and 21/64’s shipping costs.
- For-Profit Professional - $3,650
- Non-Profit Professional & Independent Practitioner - $2,965
Space is limited and training is filled on a first-come first-serve basis. Please note registration closes Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
Cancellation and Make-ups
We understand life happens. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the training, your registration will be refunded in full. All cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. We will try to take into account any extenuating circumstances that result in cancellation and may allow your fee to be applied to a future training within 12 months. We cannot guarantee fee postponement beyond 12 months of the originally planned training.
All training sessions are live learning and are not be available as recorded sessions for make-ups. Please plan on attending all sessions for the full duration. If you miss a session, we’ll do our best to share what was covered but cannot guarantee receiving 21/64 Certification.
