Date: June 30, 2025, 1:00-2:00pm ET
In 2025, we're continuing our Tool Talk series which will take place on a quarterly basis. Spend an hour breaking down how to design and facilitate a family feedback meeting. This is a key step in 21/64’s consulting approach where we collect data from the client system and feed it back to those who we’ve interviewed to help family members get “unstuck” and help them align on future directions.
Join this workshop to:
- Familiarize or refresh yourself on the Action Research Cycle to frame your interactions with each client or donor.
- Dive deep into the Feedback Stage of the Action Research Cycle, a method we use to facilitate Feedback meetings for family clients.
- Revisit this framework, as a way to help clients and donors talk through issues around wealth and philanthropy with which they’re grappling; and,
- Reflect back what you hear in Data Collection to allow the family to get unstuck and move in the “right” direction.
See examples of how 21/64’s consulting team organizes data into a productive Feedback Meeting with multigenerational families including sample slide decks. Join us for a walk through on this topic and bring questions and examples of your own.
This session will take place on Zoom
