As we continue to work and live in a much more virtual world, many professionals find themselves thrust into the role of moderator as they host online programming for their audiences. Successful moderation involves multiple responsibilities and can present a myriad of challenges even for the most successful leader. Join 21/64 to learn best practices in moderating from Founder Sharna Goldseker who has over 20 years of experience with facilitation, moderation and public speaking focusing on multigenerational family engagement. This workshop will include how you show up online; how to tease out critical information from speakers and translate it into knowledge your audience will be able to take with them; how to manage panelists’ time, energy, and effectiveness at communicating their ideas; and, how to utilize non-verbal communication as well as effective open-ended questions to increase engagement and participation.
In this 90-minute interactive workshop, join us to consider how to moderate effectively with connection and purpose.
This session will take place on Zoom.
Fee: $195
