Having graduated Summa Cum Laude with an impractical degree in English Communications from Yeshiva University, Yaffa’s first job out of school was Assistant Manager of Events for the Museum of Jewish Heritage. There she learned to plan killer events and increase the museum’s rental revenue. Her favorite part of the job was free food.
