Sheila was most recently the Chief Advancement Officer at the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines and Senior Vice President with the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties. During her 10-year tenure with both Foundations, she was charged with developing an advancement department with formalized goals and structure.

Sheila earned her Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation in 2013 and has served as an educational speaker on charitable giving topics for over ten years.
