Ren Dietel’s work reflects Dietel & Partners’ characteristic approach to philanthropy: helping clients explore how their personal values inform their charitable giving and then shifting to a more satisfying and holistic vision of their full potential philanthropic impact in the world. Ren forms close, trusted relationships with change-makers in areas of interest to her clients. In learning about their challenges first-hand and supporting their strengths, she can put her clients’ resources to best use.
Ren’s 20+ years in education informs her approach to problem-solving as well. She led innovative and interdisciplinary programs both as an educator and administrator. Curiosity and deep listening makes her a lifelong learner.
Ren attended Princeton and graduated from Stanford University. She is also a graduate of The Rockwood Leadership Institute’s Art of Leadership for Philanthropic Leaders Program as well as Thousand Currents’ Academy for Solidarity as Practice.
