Rebecca W. Sauer is senior associate for donor services and has been a member of the Grants and Donor Services team at InFaith Community Foundation since December of 2000. Her experience includes developing and implementing InFaith’s donor services program, heading its Creation Care/Environmental Initiative and supporting hundreds of donors in achieving their charitable goals.
She currently represents InFaith on Thrivent’s corporate cultural competence leadership cohort, serving as an advocate and champion for diversity and inclusion efforts. She also serves on the EcoFaith Network team of the Minneapolis Area Synod of the ELCA working for water justice. Rebecca has served as the Board Chair for Minnesota Interfaith Power & Light and Membership/Communications co-chair for the steering committee of EPIP Minnesota. She is a Lutheran Volunteer Corps alum and received her B.M. in Bassoon Performance from St. Olaf College and her MiniMBA for NonProfit Organizations from the University of St. Thomas.
She and her husband live with their daughter in St. Paul. Rebecca is an active member at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection and enjoys being a mom and playing her bassoon at church and for the Minnesota Symphonic Winds.
