Mackenzie Causey joined The Dallas Foundation as the Donor Services Officer in June 2017. She is passionate about helping donors, along with their families, reach their philanthropic goals.
Ms. Causey has more than a decade of non-profit management experience. Prior to The Dallas Foundation, she served as the Grants Administrator at the Lyda Hill Foundation, where she assisted Miss Hill, a member of The Giving Pledge, support organizations focused on game-changing advances in science, healthcare, nature and community empowerment.
Ms. Causey also served as the Associate Director of Alumnae Relations at The Hockaday School, the largest independent girls’ school in the nation. During her tenure at Hockaday, she executed local and national events and programs for more than 6,500 alumnae around the world.
She is a proud alumna of Baylor University and currently serves on the Board of Executive Women International –Dallas Chapter. Ms. Causey resides in Dallas with her pug, Taco.
