Why I do what I do
Too often I see new and experienced leaders, business owners, professional advisors, clients, and families avoiding the uncomfortable conversations. No matter why a situation is challenging, be it uncertainty, volatile market forces, transitions, dual-relationships, miscommunications or lack of communication, if we do not proactively face our challenges, we can unintentionally set ourselves, and those around us, up for failure leaving us with a postscript to our story that begins with, “If only we had…”.
How I do what I do
I challenge perceptions, assumptions, and what clients think they know for sure. Through extreme honesty, accountability, and integrity, I work with family business leaders and those that advise them to build institutional and personal grounding and resilience to fuel organizational development and better ensure the postscript to their story ends with family harmony and business longevity.
What I do
I explore the intersection between business and family. By integrating my business and counseling backgrounds, I collaborate with clients to analyze the systems within which they work and live and intentionally bring to the forefront the challenges they face. Together we identify the breadth and depth of individual and organizational strengths, and co-create strategies that leverage those strengths to overcome obstacles and achieve personal and organizational goals.
