LaTanya Flix is Donor Engagement Director for the Greater Houston Community Foundation (GHCF). In this capacity, she oversees initiatives to help donors deepen their learning, engagement and giving, leads the GHCF Youth Homelessness Fund, and manages a portfolio of major donor relationships. LaTanya has held executive positions exclusively in the nonprofit sector and has an established record of success in expanding access and opportunity for marginalized communities. She is also a consultant and led significant projects for United Way, LISC, and Casey Family Programs. LaTanya is a Woodrow Wilson Fellow in Public Policy & International Affairs and completed her summer institute at the Goldman School of Public Policy, UC Berkeley. She holds a Master of Public Affairs from The Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, UT Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University. LaTanya is a fifth generation Texan and proud native Houstonian.
