Kiley Tate-Potts, Donor Engagement Specialist, has been with the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne since 2019. Kiley focuses on providing exceptional service to donors to build bridges between donors’ charitable interests and community needs while creating opportunities for donors to broaden their philanthropy and achieve their current and legacy goals. Kiley also oversees the Community Foundation’s Youth Philanthropy program, a new initiative in 2020 to connect youth to philanthropy and the nonprofit sector.
Kiley has her BS in Marketing Management from Western Governors University along with her Certificate in Fundraising Management from the IU School of Philanthropy. Kiley currently serves on the board for Charitable Gift Planners of Northeast Indiana.
