George Dulgeryan partners with professional advisors and donors to promote the foundation’s services and facilitate gifts of complex assets.
Before joining CCF, Dulgeryan practiced as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP, advising business entities and high net worth individuals on a broad range of federal, state, and local tax matters. At Deloitte, he represented taxpayers in complex tax controversies before the California Franchise Tax Board, the California Board of Equalization, the California Office of Tax Appeals, the City of Los Angeles Office of Finance, and the Internal Revenue Service. Additionally, Dulgeryan counseled clients in connection with tax planning opportunities and transactional matters involving significant tax consequences.
Dulgeryan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation, with distinction, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, Dulgeryan clerked for several law firms and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Victoria S. Kaufman of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
