Elizabeth Liser is the Donor Services Director at Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT), where she is responsible for the operations of all types of funds and for working closely with existing and potential donors on their philanthropy. Part of CFT’s services include events, content and personalized, facilitated meetings that help donors powerfully connect their values to their giving. CFT is the largest community foundation in Texas, has over $1 billion in assets and distributed over $100 million in charitable grants in its 2016 fiscal year.
Before CFT, Elizabeth was the Director of Corporate Engagement for the North Texas Food Bank. She also spent 10 years with The Dallas Morning News and the local Dallas ABC affiliate WFAA-TV, managing their community programs, sponsorships and creating corporate partnerships to support and promote local nonprofits.
Elizabeth has a B.A. in French and a B.A. in International Studies from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
