Arlene D. Schiff is the National Director of LIFE & LEGACY®, a 4-year partnership program of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation (HGF) that assists Jewish communities across North America to promote after-lifetime giving to build organizational endowments.

Arlene works directly with 35 communities in addition to overseeing LIFE & LEGACY’s implementation in 63 communities (and more than 680 organizations) throughout North America. The LIFE & LEGACY program, in seven and a half years has secured more than 26,000 legacy commitments with an estimated value of more than 1- billion- dollars in future gifts to the North American Jewish community.

Prior to joining HGF, Arlene served as the Executive Director of the Jewish Federation of the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, a position she held for 12 years.

Arlene is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and holds a MA from Harvard University.
