Randi Hogan, a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®, founded Hogan Philanthropy Consulting in 2020 to build community with philanthropists and purpose-driven organizations and align goals and resources for meaningful impact. Randi helps individuals and families discover their charitable passions, integrate their philanthropic values and goals with their personal financial and estate plans, and determine the best strategies for making those goals a reality.
For more than 25 years, Randi has collaborated with change makers, community leaders, high-capacity donors and visionaries to foster a just and sustainable world. She has extensive experience advising individuals and families with strategic gift planning and working with nonprofit staff to deliver effective work. As a board member, executive director and chief development officer with community-based, national and international organizations, she has advanced causes in human rights, conservation and the environment, youth development and community and economic development. As a consultant, she led the resource development practice in the East Coast office of a full-service strategic communication and creative agency. There, her clients included leading philanthropies, such as the Ford Foundation and W.K. Kellogg Foundation, for whom she provided capacity building and technical assistance for their grantees.
Randi is a 21/64 Certified Advisor and has earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) professional designation from The American College of Financial Services.
