Nancy Anderson-Weber works with individuals, families, foundations, and companies to bring their legacies to life and move more money into the communities they care about.
As the Sr. Philanthropy Advisor at JH Philanthropy, Nancy works with multi-generational families and family businesses to guide them in matters of governance, family goal setting, next-gen engagement, and making sound philanthropic investments that achieve their social impact goals. Prior to joining JH Philanthropy, Nancy led partnerships at Maverick Collective, founded by Melinda Gates and the Crown Princess of Norway, and managed women philanthropists in making systems-level investments to expand healthcare access for women and girls. There, she focused on next-generation giving and developed impactful programs that may start with private capital – but, once proven, can scale through institutional partnerships. Nancy is a member of Chicago Women in Philanthropy and is Co-Chair of p150’s Women Leadership Group.
In her free time, you can find her in Chicago with her husband, two black cats, and a new pup, or most likely, riding horses.
