Kiley Tate-Potts, Director of Philanthropic Services, has been with the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne since 2019. She oversees the vision and strategy of the philanthropic services department. For the past 4 years, Kiley has been advising clients on their personal and family philanthropy as well as working with non-profits on their sustainability. Kiley specializes in Donor Advised Funds, Agency Endowments and Field of Interest Funds. Kiley focuses on providing exceptional service to donors to build bridges between donors’ charitable interests and community needs while creating opportunities for donors to broaden their philanthropy and achieve their current and legacy goals.
The Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne is a local boutique option for clients who have a passion for philanthropy, they have been helping individuals for the past 100 years support the non-profit landscape in Allen County.
In 2020, Kiley formed the Community Foundations Youth Philanthropy program, Youth Empowered Philanthropy (YEP). Kiley has her BS in Marketing Management from Western Governors University along with her Certificate in Fundraising Management from the IU School of Philanthropy. Kiley currently serves on the board for Charitable Gift Planners of Northeast Indiana.
